Today was busy and not that great. Came home, showered and turned the Xmas lights on on my bed frame and just listening to Claire De Lune. There's different versions, but there's an extended version on YouTube where a silhouette of a man is sitting at a piano in front of a huge moon and you just listen to the melody.

   I've always loved this song. There's no lyrics, but sometimes you don't need lyrics, you just feel it. Just makes me feel good listening to this song, a sense of poetic calm...
   I listen to a pretty wide range of music, except country music, sorry, not down with the getty-up on that genre, lol, but there are a few songs I'm cool with. But other than that, I could listen to anything depending on my mood.
   But today, I just felt like Claire De Lune. 
   Most people aren't too fond of that type of music, but I enjoy it from time to time. 
Sometimes I feel like if you're listening to songs with lyrics that are getting out your emotions, which ya gotta sometimes, but if you have it on repeat, I think sometimes you can kinda be kept in that mindset. I don't know, maybe that's just me. Sometimes I'll listen to let's say, Plies, When I Die, which sometimes the lyrics are as simple as they get, pretty much summing up, don't wait till I'm dead to show me you give a fuck. Or just songs where the lyrics are angry or sad or whatever, you kinda are running on that emotion, so I like to mix it up.
   Although I haven't been too much into putting on music lately.
   Just felt Claire De Lune speaking to me this evening...
   I used to put this song on when I couldn't sleep or was sad and it'd make me feel better. Not always be able to fall asleep, but it'd ease me.
It's one of those songs that just makes me happy to listen to...
   I just think it's beautiful...
   A piano is one of my favorite instruments to listen to. I love the sound of a violin when it softly plays. And if I'm in the mood for some jazz, I'm sold on the sax, lol. And guitar. Yea, those are my favorite instruments.
But I think what makes me love them is when you see a musician put their emotion into playing them. 
   You ever watch Steve Wonder play? I mean I haven't seen him in person, but to see him play on screen, Ray Charles? The way they move their fingers across the keys, the way they move to the music, like they were one with it. 
   You can listen and watch different musicians and be able to tell whether they're doing it just for the fame or for the love of it. Or maybe that's me, lol. 
   Trying to think of some musicians and songs, but as usual, brain fart, I suck at remembering names 🙄. I get irritated at myself for that. Sometimes if I see something or hear it, it's a lightbulb moment, lol.
   Lol, it's kinda dull asking me to name something cuz I'm like, "Uhhh👀😳..." As my inner self is going, 'think brain-think, name?, name, aww c'mon brain sitting here lookin' all Homer Simpson "Doh" moment here." 🤷‍♀️. But I'll think or be reminded eventually, give me time, lol.

   Can't remember names, but leave it to me to remember a dirty joke 😜🤷‍♀️😁...
   Well, I've chatted enough here, I'm gonna continue listening to Claire De Lune for a bit while staring at the lights.
